About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.</li><li>Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.</li><li>Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.</li><li>Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to meet budget targets.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.</li><li>Support marketing initiatives and contribute to strategies for increasing sales.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service best practices.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.</li><li>Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>
