We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience in designing user-friendly and visually appealing websites, mobile applications, and software interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, prototyping, and modern design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually compelling UI/UX for web, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and software platforms.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to enhance user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user psychology, and interaction design.
• Experience in designing mobile-first, responsive websites and apps.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus, but not required).
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and usability testing.

Soft Skills:

• Strong creativity, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills):

Experience with motion graphics, animations, or micro-interactions.
Knowledge of AI-based UX tools, AR/VR design, or gamification.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
