This is a high-responsibility role for someone who understands the Amazon ecosystem inside out &mdash; from Seller Central operations and PPC management to listing optimization, compliance handling, and overall account growth.This is not a beginner-level VA position. We need someone who can take ownership, solve problems proactively, and help grow established Amazon brands in a professional work environment.If you are passionate about Amazon eCommerce and want to work long-term with a serious and growth-focused company, we&rsquo;d love to connect with you.Your Core Responsibilities: Full Amazon Store Management<ul><li>Handle complete A-Z operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts</li><li>Monitor account health and ensure policy compliance</li><li>Manage account warnings, suspensions, and reinstatement cases</li><li>Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues efficiently</li><li>Track and improve key account performance metrics</li></ul>Listing Optimization &amp; Catalog Management<ul><li>Create and optimize product listings for better ranking and conversions</li><li>Manage titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content</li><li>Handle parent-child variations and flat file uploads</li><li>Resolve listing suppression, stranded inventory, and catalog issues</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research</li></ul>Amazon PPC &amp; Advertising<ul><li>Launch and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns</li><li>Optimize bids, keywords, and search terms for improved performance</li><li>Monitor ACOS, TACOS, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates</li><li>Control advertising budgets and scaling strategies</li><li>Prepare PPC reports with actionable insights</li></ul>Product Launch &amp; Business Growth<ul><li>Plan and execute successful product launches</li><li>Develop ranking and scaling strategies</li><li>Analyze reports and identify growth opportunities</li><li>Coordinate with creative teams for branding and listing visuals</li><li>Stay updated with Amazon algorithm and marketplace changes</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Operational Management<ul><li>Coordinate inventory planning and shipment management</li><li>Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs</li><li>Handle FBA reimbursements and operational issues</li><li>Work closely with management on long-term scaling strategies</li></ul>Requirements✔ 3&ndash;5 years of hands-on Amazon account management experience ✔ Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central operations ✔ Advanced knowledge of Amazon PPC and scaling strategies ✔ Experience with listing optimization and Amazon SEO ✔ Ability to independently manage multiple stores/accounts ✔ Strong understanding of Amazon compliance and policy handling ✔ Experience with account health and reinstatement processes ✔ Good understanding of Amazon FBA operations and inventory flowFamiliarity with Tools Such As:<ul><li>Helium 10</li><li>Jungle Scout</li><li>Data Dive</li><li>Sellerboard</li><li>Scale Insight</li><li>Keepa (preferred)</li></ul>What We OfferProfessional office-based environment Long-term career growth opportunities Competitive salary with performance-based increments Bonuses based on results and account performance Opportunity to work on and scale real Amazon brands Stable, growth-focused, and collaborative work cultureImportant Information<ul><li>This is a full-time onsite position only</li><li>Remote or freelance work is not available</li><li>Night shift availability is mandatory</li><li>Only experienced Amazon professionals with practical expertise should apply</li></ul>Interested candidates are encouraged to send their updated CV along with details of Amazon stores/accounts they have previously managed.Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
