Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market
• Present services clearly and identify customer requirements
• Build rapport and maintain professional engagement with prospects
• Generate qualified leads, schedule follow-ups, and support conversions
• Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward closure
• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM updates
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales output

What We Expect From You

• Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales
• Strong and fluent English communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to perform under pressure in a night shift environment
• Experience in US-based campaigns will be an added advantage
• Strong discipline and consistency in achieving targets
