Call Center Sales Agent

Job Overview

Systronic IT is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Call Center Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and deal closing. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and close sales for our Website Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
• Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Present and promote Systronic IT's SEO, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and understand their business needs.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Ensure complete ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Submit daily and weekly sales performance reports to management.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Outbound Call Center Sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Experience in selling digital services such as SEO, Website Development, or Digital Marketing will be preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
• Strong reporting and CRM management skills.
