We are looking for motivated and confident Call Center Agents to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients and introducing our digital marketing and SEO services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Promote and explain digital marketing and SEO services.

Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments when required.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus.
