5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary & Benefits

PKR 40,000 – 80,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and confident Call Center Agents to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound lcalls, engaging with potential customers, promoting services, and achieving daily and monthly targets. Experience calling in the US market

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries professionally

Present and promote company services clearly and confidently

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Follow company scripts, policies, and quality standards

Coordinate with supervisors and team leads for performance improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills (English preferred)

Confidence, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Ability to work night shifts consistently

Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus)

Prior call center or sales experience preferred

Fresh candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
