We are looking for high-energy, resilient, and goal-crushing Outbound Sales Representatives to join our growing Online Quran Academy.This is 100% outbound cold calling. Your sole mission? Reach out to parents in the USA, UK, and Canada, pitch our premium Quran and Tajweed services, and book trial classes. Once the trial is booked, our operations team takes over to convert them to the monthly subscription.

What You'll Do:

High-Volume Cold Calling: Make 200+ outbound calls per shift to prospective parents in international markets.

The Pitch: Deliver a concise, persuasive, and confident sales pitch about our online Quran teaching services.

Objection Handling: Overcome hesitations, skepticism, and gatekeepers to get the decision-maker on the line.

Book Trials: Your primary KPI is booking qualified trial classes for our tutors.Data Management: Log all calls, outcomes, and trial bookings accurately in our CRM/Excel sheet.

Follow-Up: Re-engage cold leads who showed initial interest to maximize trial bookings. What We're Looking ForCold Calling Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound BPO / Telemarketing / Lead Generation (International campaigns, especially US/UK, are a MUST).
Good Communicator: You have zero fear of rejection. You speak fluent, clear, and persuasive English with a neutral accent.Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using a dialer, CRM, or Excel for tracking.

Discipline: Punctual, professional, and consistent in your outreach efforts.

What We Offer

Competitive Base Salary: 50k – 80k PKR (based on experience).
