• US Shift: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM
• Australia Shift: 03:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

Join Our Growing Sales Team

We're looking for confident, target-driven Cold Callers to join our lead generation team across both our US and Australia shifts. If you're persuasive on the phone, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and know how to turn a cold lead into a real opportunity, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads
• Prospect and build a strong, consistent sales pipeline
• Clearly communicate product/service offerings and handle objections confidently
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales/closing team
• Accurately log calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Consistently meet daily and monthly call/lead targets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telesales (B2C and/or B2B)
• Excellent spoken English and strong phone communication skills
• Proven experience building and managing a sales pipeline
• Comfortable using CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting
• Resilient, persistent, and motivated by targets and results
• Willingness to work either the US or Australia shift (please specify preference when applying)
