We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to join our Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the US market, introducing our digital marketing services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Introduce our digital marketing services professionally.
• Qualify leads and identify business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain a positive conversation.
• Update CRM with accurate call notes and follow-ups.
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English with clear communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite during the night shift.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Experience in digital marketing sales is a plus but not required.
