Sales Representative – B2B Cold Calling (USA Market) Night Shift

About the Role We're hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to cold call and dial B2B prospects in the USA market for our IT services (web development, SEO, digital marketing). This is a high-volume outbound role — you'll be on the phone daily generating and qualifying leads for our sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Cold call B2B prospects in the US market from provided lead lists / self-sourced leads
• Pitch our services and identify decision-makers within target companies
• Qualify leads and set up discovery calls/appointments for closers
• Handle objections and follow up persistently on warm leads
• Log every call, outcome, and lead status in the CRM
• Hit daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets
• Work US shift timings (evening/night 7PM - 4AM PKT)

What We're Looking For

• 6 months–2+ years of cold calling / outbound sales experience (US market preferred)
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral/US-friendly accent
• Thick-skinned, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
• Confident phone presence and strong objection-handling skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus
• Willing to work night shift (US business hours)
