Job Overview

We are seeking a confident, results-driven, and highly motivated B2B Cold Caller / Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospective businesses, initiating conversations with decision-makers, generating qualified leads, booking appointments for our sales consultants, and contributing directly to the company's growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, has excellent English communication skills, and is passionate about building relationships with business owners and executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to businesses across the United States.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers, including business owners, CEOs, founders, office managers, and operations managers.
  • Introduce Corevato Solutions' services professionally and confidently.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their current business processes, challenges, and automation needs.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and follow-ups within the CRM.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting.
  • Follow structured sales scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call volume, appointments booked, and qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, business development, or outbound sales.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral, and professional accent.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, CRM software, digital marketing, automation, or technology services is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling B2B services.
  • Knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) or other CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of business automation, AI solutions, lead generation, or digital marketing services.
  • Experience with appointment setting and pipeline management.
