About the Role

The role You fill Mike's calendar through written outbound. You find US small-business owners who need us, reach them on email and LinkedIn, start real conversations, and book qualified meetings. You open doors. Mike closes them.

What you'll do

  • Run daily cold email and LinkedIn outreach to US small businesses.
  • Personalize enough to get replies. No spray and pray.
  • Book qualified meetings and make sure they show up.
  • Keep the CRM clean: every lead, touch, and status logged.
  • Test messaging, track what works, feed it back to the team.
  • Hit a monthly target for qualified meetings booked.

What you need

  • 1+ years in outbound, lead gen, or appointment setting, US/Western clients preferred.
  • Genuinely strong written English. Your messages read like a sharp native speaker wrote them.
  • Comfort with US-hours overlap and outbound tools / CRMs.
  • Organized and consistent. This is a numbers game.

Must-have traits

  • Thick skin, most won't reply, and that's fine.
  • Self-driven, hits numbers without supervision.
  • Curious, actually reads about a prospect before sending.
  • Coachable, changes approach when the data says to.

Compensation: Market Competitive Salary, plus bonus per qualified meeting that shows and a larger bonus per closed deal.
Timings - 10:30am - 7pm (Mon - Fri)
Location: Johar Town, near Emporium, Lahore.
