About the Role
The role You fill Mike's calendar through written outbound. You find US small-business owners who need us, reach them on email and LinkedIn, start real conversations, and book qualified meetings. You open doors. Mike closes them.
What you'll do
- Run daily cold email and LinkedIn outreach to US small businesses.
- Personalize enough to get replies. No spray and pray.
- Book qualified meetings and make sure they show up.
- Keep the CRM clean: every lead, touch, and status logged.
- Test messaging, track what works, feed it back to the team.
- Hit a monthly target for qualified meetings booked.
What you need
- 1+ years in outbound, lead gen, or appointment setting, US/Western clients preferred.
- Genuinely strong written English. Your messages read like a sharp native speaker wrote them.
- Comfort with US-hours overlap and outbound tools / CRMs.
- Organized and consistent. This is a numbers game.
Must-have traits
- Thick skin, most won't reply, and that's fine.
- Self-driven, hits numbers without supervision.
- Curious, actually reads about a prospect before sending.
- Coachable, changes approach when the data says to.
Compensation: Market Competitive Salary, plus bonus per qualified meeting that shows and a larger bonus per closed deal.
Timings - 10:30am - 7pm (Mon - Fri)
Location: Johar Town, near Emporium, Lahore.
