Appointment Setter

We’re Hiring: Appointment Setter (US Campaign)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Appointment setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to US-based businesses, introducing our SEO and digital services, identifying qualified prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective outreach.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and an interest in sales and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses to introduce our SEO services

* Pitch digital marketing and SEO solutions in a clear and professional manner

* Identify interested prospects and qualify potential leads

* Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for the closing team

* Follow up with prospects through calls and messages to keep them engaged

* Accurately update call notes, lead details, and follow-up status in CRM or records

* Work towards daily and weekly outreach targets and KPIs

* Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Requirements

* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling, telesales, outreach, or customer communication

* Fresh candidates with excellent spoken English and strong call confidence are also encouraged to apply

* Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills

* Ability to speak confidently with international clients and business owners

* Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing is a plus

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a professional sales environment

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage lead records or CRM updates

* Must be available to work in the night shift

* Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

* Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month + incentives

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
