Sales Development Representative/Appointment Setter
to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage appointments with potential B2B & B2C clients from provided leads.
- Conduct cold calls to introduce the company’s products and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize appointment conversions and pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet daily/weekly targets related to calls, appointments, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant software applications.
Job Details:
- Location: DHA Y Block Phase 3, Lahore
- Timing: Night Shift Onsite (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
- Work Type: Onsite (5 days a week)
