Sales Development Representative/Appointment Setter

Sales Development Representative/Appointment Setter

to join our team
Gender: Male/Female

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage appointments with potential B2B & B2C clients from provided leads.
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce the company’s products and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.
  • Follow up with prospects to maximize appointment conversions and pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Deliver excellent communication and customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets related to calls, appointments, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant software applications.

Job Details:

  • Location: DHA Y Block Phase 3, Lahore
  • Timing: Night Shift Onsite (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
  • Work Type: Onsite (5 days a week)
