Salary: PKR 40,000 – 90,000/month (performance-based incentives and commissions also provided)

Location: City Housing Society Jhelum

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our growing team as Sales Representative. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable communicating in English, enjoy interacting with people, and want to build a career in sales and lead generation.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in the US market through outbound calling campaigns and maintaining professional communication throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication
• Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates
• Follow campaign guidelines and sales processes
• Work towards daily and weekly performance goals

Requirements

• Strong spoken English communication skills
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work night shifts
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or call center operations is a plus
