Outbound Sales Representative / Cold Caller (US Market)

We are looking for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Representative to join our team for the US Market. In this night-shift role, you will be representing our company to prospects in the United States, pitching our core services: Web Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients in the US, pitch our digital services (Web/App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing), and qualify leads for the core sales team.
• Client Engagement: Build instant rapport with international prospects, clearly articulate our value proposition, and successfully schedule follow-up meetings or product demos for senior closers.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, prospect statuses, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Performance & Reporting: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets, providing regular progress updates to management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven cold calling or outbound sales experience specifically targeting the USA market (Mandatory).
• Communication Skills: Excellent, native-like English speaking and listening skills with a neutral or US accent.
• Availability: Must be comfortable working night shifts (aligned with US business hours).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
