We are looking for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Representative to join our team for the US Market. In this night-shift role, you will be representing our company to prospects in the United States, pitching our core services: Web Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing.If you have a proven track record in US-based telemarketing or B2B sales and love connecting with international clients, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead Generation &amp; Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients in the US, pitch our digital services (Web/App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing), and qualify leads for the core sales team.</li><li>Client Engagement: Build instant rapport with international prospects, clearly articulate our value proposition, and successfully schedule follow-up meetings or product demos for senior closers.</li><li>Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, prospect statuses, and outcomes in the CRM.</li><li>Performance &amp; Reporting: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets, providing regular progress updates to management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven cold calling or outbound sales experience specifically targeting the USA market (Mandatory).</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent, native-like English speaking and listening skills with a neutral or US accent.</li><li>Availability: Must be comfortable working night shifts (aligned with US business hours).</li><li>Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>A supportive and professional work environment.</li><li>Safe and reliable company-provided transportation / pick-and-drop facility.</li></ul>Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
