We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Software Solutions to take the lead in driving business growth and managing client relationships across our global software development initiatives. This is a hands-on role that demands a strategic thinker with excellent proposal writing skills, sales acumen, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify, manage, and close high-value sales opportunities in AI/ML, ERP (Odoo), and custom software solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Proposal Development:
- Craft and deliver compelling, tailored business proposals for ERP (Odoo), CRM systems, and custom software projects.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals align with client needs and business objectives.
Shift and Time Zone Adaptability:
- Work flexible hours to coordinate with teams and clients across USA and GCC time zones.
- Maintain a proactive approach in addressing time-sensitive client interactions and deal finalizations.
Proactive Leadership and Team Building:
- Lead by example, engaging with clients and proactively solving challenges to drive business success.
- Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly, delivering exceptional service.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to uncover new opportunities.
- Develop innovative business strategies to expand CrecenTech’s market presence.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on software development, ERP solutions, and AI/ML projects.
- Proven expertise in writing technical and business proposals for ERP (Odoo) and custom software projects.
- Strong sales experience with a successful track record in closing deals related to software solutions and staff augmentation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to work shifts and off-hours.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
