Job Title: HSE Engineer

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Qualification: NEBOSH Certification with Construction Site Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Engineer to ensure the highest safety standards at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and implement all site safety-related activities.

· Conduct Toolbox Talks and Safety Inductions for workers and new employees.

· Perform regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Maintain and review technical documents related to HSE and ensure regulatory compliance.

· Inspect and ensure the safe condition of tools and tackles used on-site.

· Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

· Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry HSE regulations.

· Develop and implement risk assessments and safety improvement plans.

· Provide training and awareness programs to enhance safety culture among employees.

· Collaborate with site management and workers to promote a safe work environment.

· Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.

· Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.

· Excellent communication and training skills.

· Proficiency in incident investigation and reporting.

· Strong observation and problem-solving skills.

· Hands-on experience in construction site safety management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
