The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that work is performed according to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, supervising the construction team, coordinating with subcontractors, and reporting any issues or delays to project management to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as civil supervisor or a related role
• Knowledge in civil and construction codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Prior experience in KNPC projects is an advantage
• Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate the construction team, subcontractors, and labor resources on-site.
• Monitor work progress, identify potential delays, and take corrective actions as needed to keep the project on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, addressing issues and resolving challenges.
• Report project status, challenges, and progress to project management, ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.
