Job Summary:The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing on site quantity surveying and commercial activities to support the successful execution of the project. Duties include verifying work quantities, preparing quantity take-offs, interim payment certificates, variation assessments, and project cost reports, while coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors, and project management on commercial and contractual matters. Job SummaryThe Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workshop operations related to the maintenance, inspection, repair, and servicing of valves and associated equipment to ensure timely and efficient support for project and operational requirements. Duties include coordinating workshop personnel, planning daily activities, monitoring work quality and progress, managing workshop resources, and maintaining maintenance records. Job SummaryThe Site Engineer (Fire Alarm &amp; Fire Fighting Systems) will be responsible for managing and supporting the installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities of fire alarm and fire protection systems at project sites. Duties include coordinating site activities, reviewing technical documents, monitoring installation progress, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting project execution in accordance with approved specifications and standards.
