Workshop Supervisor

Job Summary

The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workshop operations related to the maintenance, inspection, repair, and servicing of valves and associated equipment to ensure timely and efficient support for project and operational requirements. Duties include coordinating workshop personnel, planning daily activities, monitoring work quality and progress, managing workshop resources, and maintaining maintenance records. The role requires strong technical knowledge of oil & gas valve maintenance, leadership and coordination skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workshop operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma, ITI Certificate, or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in workshop supervision, valve maintenance, or mechanical workshop operations within the oil & gas industry.
• Proficient in valve inspection, maintenance, repair, testing, workshop planning, work scheduling, and technical documentation
• Strong knowledge of oil & gas valves, mechanical equipment, workshop practices, and maintenance procedures
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise workshop personnel and manage daily operations efficiently
• Valid Kuwait Driving License will be considered an advantage
• Must be available in Kuwait with valid transferrable visa
