Job Vacancy | Workshop Manager – Wood Production

Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait

Seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and manage the wood production workshop and ensure efficient operations, high product quality, and on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily workshop operations and labor performance.
- Develop and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Lead and manage workshop staff and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
- Optimize machinery performance and implement process improvements.
- Manage raw materials, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all production stages.
- Utilize Odoo Production System for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Analyze production data and provide performance reports to management.
- Control production costs and ensure projects are completed within budget.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven experience in wood manufacturing or a similar production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in workflow optimization and machinery management.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar production systems.
- Experience in supplier management and cost control.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
