Job Vacancy | Workshop Manager &ndash; Wood ProductionLocation: Shuwaikh, KuwaitSeeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and manage the wood production workshop and ensure efficient operations, high product quality, and on-time project delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily workshop operations and labor performance. - Develop and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. - Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders. - Lead and manage workshop staff and ensure adherence to safety procedures. - Optimize machinery performance and implement process improvements. - Manage raw materials, inventory, and supplier relationships. - Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all production stages. - Utilize Odoo Production System for planning, tracking, and reporting. - Analyze production data and provide performance reports to management. - Control production costs and ensure projects are completed within budget.Qualifications &amp; Requirements:- Proven experience in wood manufacturing or a similar production environment. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Experience in workflow optimization and machinery management. - Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar production systems. - Experience in supplier management and cost control. - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Key Competencies:✔ Strategic Thinking ✔ Process Optimization ✔ Leadership &amp; Team Development ✔ Quality Focus ✔ Cost Awareness &amp; Supplier Negotiation ✔ Time ManagementHow to Apply:Interested candidates may send their updated CV to: Aya@fng.groupJob Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Contract length: 12 monthsWork Location: In person
