Role description
As part of the Cloud & Infrastructure Services Practice, you will lead the development and sale of Cloud solutions for clients across industries. As a member of the Pre-Sales and Solutions team, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology experts, Finance, and other stakeholders to design forward-thinking, business-aligned Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Work with customers to understand challenges and advise them on Cloud strategies.
- Develop tailored solutions, including business cases and transformation roadmaps for migrations, modernization, and operations management.
Solution Development
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive Cloud solutions.
- Design offerings and services, including delivery and commercial models, to align with client and organizational goals.
Cloud Enablement
- Develop architecture blueprints and provide technology roadmaps to clients.
- Lead the design of Cloud-based solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Hybrid Cloud (e.g., VMware, OpenStack).
Offering Development and Value Generation
- Create and enhance Cloud service offerings and delivery models.
- Identify and generate value for clients through innovation and efficient Cloud solutions.
Industry Collaboration
- Maintain relationships with analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to stay updated on industry trends and align solutions accordingly.
Key Areas of Focus
Cloud Operations Management Solutions:
- FinOps, NoOps, SRE operating models, and Cloud governance.
- Shared and dedicated Cloud support services.
Cloud Enablement and Migration:
- Digital foundation design, including security.
- Migration solutions (as-is, PaaS, containerization).
Modern Workplace Services:
- VDI migration, Teams, Intune, OneDrive migration, Viva, and M365 enablement.
Application Modernization:
- Re-platforming and refactoring applications, including DevOps enablement.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years in a Pre-Sales/Solution Architect role.
- 4+ years specializing in Cloud Pre-Sales/Solution Architecture.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying solutions across Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, automation, integration, and management platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with one or more hyperscalers: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Hybrid Cloud.
Solution Design Expertise:
- Platform solution design on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Integration solution design across Public, Hybrid, and SaaS clouds, including networks, security, tools, and management platforms.
Offering Development:
- Demonstrated experience in creating offerings and presenting them to internal stakeholders, analysts, and customers.
- Ability to coordinate with teams including Security, Applications, DevOps, Finance, Delivery, and Partners.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership abilities to manage matrixed teams of Solution and Business Architects.
- Excellent communication skills: written, oral, and presentation development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, and Hybrid Cloud platform solutions.
- Ability to design integration solutions, including networks, security, tools, and management platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of Cloud governance, FinOps, NoOps, and SRE models.
