
· To ensure that applications are dealt with efficiently and appropriately within a time frame.
· To work collaboratively with Student counselor on conversion and recruitment activities.
· To manage all day-to-day operational issues and a high number of daily admissions enquiries and process international student applications efficiently by assessing overseas qualifications and supporting documents in accordance with the University entry criteria and UKVI policies and procedures
· Answer and assist in dealing with incoming queries from generic email inboxes as required
· Processing applications (directly or indirect) to unconditional offer stage and along the applicants’ journey to pre-enrolment within established procedures and turnaround times.
· Contributing to ongoing monitoring and review of effectiveness of standard procedures to continually improve the process.
· Providing guidance to academic colleagues on overseas qualifications and institutions, as appropriate.
· Carry out activities within established procedures to facilitate the conversion of applicants to enrolled status.
· Attending meetings as appropriate to provide information on the admissions process for all students.
· Review and edit the documents as per the checklist
· Record and maintain the sheet for the number of applications submitted and also report the data in the CRM
· Maintain the logs in the CRM against every applicant’s application
· Undertaking relevant training as required ensuring the efficient fulfillment of the post.
· To work in close consultation with the International Recruitment Manager and / or International Recruitment Officer to help build a strong and positive relationship with Partners and Agents by ensuring that applications from Agents and Partners are processed in a customer–focused fashion.
· Shortlist and recommend courses to the applicant and/or counselor
· To be responsible for checking the IELTS qualifications, as appropriate, on all applications received from agents and partners, and other applicants, as appropriate.
· To be responsible for checking international qualification equivalence on applications, primarily using the NARIC database.
· As part of the applications process, to update computer records, despatch decisions to applicants, record replies, and to maintain and update application files.
· To respond quickly and in a customer-oriented manner to enquiries regarding course information, etc. received by letter, email, telephone and in person.
· To respond to enquiries from agents and / or partners within a time frame agreed with the International Recruitment Manager and International Admissions Officer.
· To liaise, as appropriate with colleagues in other services, such as Accommodation, Admissions and Student Support, to ensure that students receive the most customer-friendly support before and after arrival on-campus.
