The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the international education industry, with a strong understanding of UK and other international study destinations.Key Responsibilities&#9989; Student Counseling &amp; Advisory<ul><li>Provide professional advice and counseling to students on studying abroad, with a strong focus on UK institutions.</li><li>Offer guidance on course selection, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, entry exams, and visa procedures for various countries.</li><li>Conduct in-person and telephonic counseling sessions and encourage walk-ins and appointments.</li></ul>&#9989; Application &amp; Admission Support<ul><li>Assist students in evaluating their academic credentials against university entry criteria.</li><li>Support students throughout the application and admission process, ensuring all required documents are collected and submitted accurately.</li><li>Liaise with university international admissions offices to validate and verify documentation.</li></ul>&#9989; Visa Guidance &amp; Follow-up<ul><li>Provide end-to-end visa support for study abroad applications, particularly for UK student visas.</li><li>Guide students on offer letters, conditional/unconditional offer processes, CAS issuance, and visa file preparation.</li></ul>&#9989; Lead Management &amp; Outreach<ul><li>Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, email, and social media.</li><li>Conduct outbound calling campaigns and schedule counseling sessions.</li><li>Maintain a comprehensive record of all student interactions and progress in the CRM.</li></ul>&#9989; Events &amp; Representation<ul><li>Represent Ambassador Consultants at international education fairs, university events, and webinars.</li><li>Host and manage online interviews, webinars, and student information sessions.</li></ul>&#9989; Institution Liaison &amp; Branding<ul><li>Liaise with university representatives and coordinate delegate visits.</li><li>Actively promote partner universities through exhibitions, school/university visits, and social media campaigns.</li><li>Contribute to the development and strengthening of the Ambassador Consultants brand.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years experience in the study abroad/overseas education industry (preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of UK and international university application and visa processes.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.</li><li>Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets and KPIs.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle student queries with attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and basic CRM tools.</li><li>Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive commission structure + basic salary.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing and globally connected company.</li><li>Professional development and exposure to international markets.</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within the organization and take on leadership roles.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>education consultancy: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
