Timings:

• Summer: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Winter: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Important Note on Compensation:
This position is primarily commission-based. However, a basic minimum salary will also be provided.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate, and results-driven Student Counselor to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the international education industry, with a strong understanding of UK and other international study destinations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Student Counseling & Advisory

• Provide professional advice and counseling to students on studying abroad, with a strong focus on UK institutions.
• Offer guidance on course selection, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, entry exams, and visa procedures for various countries.
• Conduct in-person and telephonic counseling sessions and encourage walk-ins and appointments.

✅ Application & Admission Support

• Assist students in evaluating their academic credentials against university entry criteria.
• Support students throughout the application and admission process, ensuring all required documents are collected and submitted accurately.
• Liaise with university international admissions offices to validate and verify documentation.

✅ Visa Guidance & Follow-up

• Provide end-to-end visa support for study abroad applications, particularly for UK student visas.
• Guide students on offer letters, conditional/unconditional offer processes, CAS issuance, and visa file preparation.

✅ Lead Management & Outreach

• Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, email, and social media.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns and schedule counseling sessions.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all student interactions and progress in the CRM.

✅ Events & Representation

• Represent Ambassador Consultants at international education fairs, university events, and webinars.
• Host and manage online interviews, webinars, and student information sessions.

✅ Institution Liaison & Branding

• Liaise with university representatives and coordinate delegate visits.
• Actively promote partner universities through exhibitions, school/university visits, and social media campaigns.
• Contribute to the development and strengthening of the Ambassador Consultants brand.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in the study abroad/overseas education industry (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UK and international university application and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets and KPIs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle student queries with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and basic CRM tools.
• Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
