Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals to join our growing Visa Consultancy Firm as Visa Consultants / Student Counselors. This role involves guiding students and professionals through the visa application process for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and Schengen States.

Freshers are welcome — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information regarding student and work visa options
• Counsel clients regarding eligibility, process, and documentation
• Coordinate with clients to collect and verify required documents
• Handle visa filing procedures and follow up with embassies
• Maintain records and update CRM systems
• Stay updated with changing visa policies and requirements
• Attend training sessions and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree
• Good communication skills (English and Urdu)
• Confident, presentable, and polite behavior with clients
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
• Strong learning attitude and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in visa consultancy is a plus but not mandatory
