Job Purpose
To bake goods as per the specification, instruction and maintain the quality of the baked products. Adhere to food hygiene standards and keep the production clean and organize.
Job Duties
Manage the day-to-day activities of the bakery section. Production, preparation and baking wide variety of bakery products such as ciabatta, burger buns, cookies, pies, muffins, bread and variety of baked goods etc. To work with the team and ensure proper sanitation and safety standards.
Job Qualifications
Secondary graduate
Able to read, write and speak English communication
Ability to use proper baking techniques
Ability to follow ingredients and cooking procedure
Neat and organize
Ability to handle multiple tasks
