What you’ll do:
As the Technical Service Engineer, you will be supporting the Risk and Information Security team in the development and distribution of metrics, dashboards and reports taking into account the risk appetite, governance and regulatory requirements for LTC India. This role involves gathering of data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy, and developing reports that inform decision-making.
Your key responsibilities will be.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and scorecards that track key Risk and Information Security metrics
  • Collaborate with multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting
  • Analyse data sets to identify trends and insights that can drive key risk and compliance decisions
  • Partner with Risk and Information Security teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Consistently evaluate and enhance reporting processes and tools for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and deliver timely responses to Risk and Information Security teams
What you’ll need:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role
  • Experience in design, develop and deployment of graphic visualization through Power BI, Tableau
  • Strong analytic mindset, and logical thinking capability, strong QC mindset
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
  • Good knowledge of IT services, their responsibilities and strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Possess innovative mindset by being open to new ideas and works comfortably with multiple teams
Nice to have skills:
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills
  • Good presentation skills with ability to present clearly and concisely
  • Proven experience in working in and basic management of diverse and geographically dispersed teams
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science or a related field
  • Strong experience in data visualization tools (i.e. design, develop and deploy end to end reporting requirements)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
