What you&rsquo;ll be doing</div><div>
You&rsquo;ll help lead the development of pioneering BI solutions using generative models, working closely with stakeholders across the business to turn data into decisions, and complexity into clarity.</div><div></div><div>

Design and deliver next-gen Generative BI solutions that solve real problems and inspire better business decisions</li><li>
Collaborate across geographies to translate stakeholder needs into technical magic: from scoping to deployment</li><li>
Work seamlessly with agile teams of engineers, analysts, and data scientists to build bold, scalable solutions</li><li>
Craft semantic models that power conversational analytics and fuel self-service intelligence</li><li>
Work with Google Cloud &amp; Power BI Copilot, navigating big data and selecting the right tools to unlock insight</li><li>
Engineer intelligent prompts that ensure relevance, clarity, and impact for generative tools</li><li>
Support with user training and adoption activity to ensure Gen BI is effectively scaled across the Group</li><div></div><li><div>
What you bring</div><div>
We&rsquo;re after curious, driven, and creative thinkers and as an Advanced Analyst you will be expected to have good experience and capabilities as follows&hellip;</div></li><li>
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in data science or BI self-service insights projects</li><li>
Strong foundations in statistics &mdash; think forecasting, clustering, optimisation and predictive modelling</li><li>
Python skills that go beyond the basics &mdash; modular, efficient, and intuitive code</li><li>
Solid proficiency in SQL and cloud platforms, especially BigQuery</li><li>
A sharp nose for commercial insight, using data to unlock value and shape strategy</li><li>
A flair for data storytelling, turning models into messages that move minds</li><li><div>

As a Support Analyst within the Colleague IT Support Desk, you will be the first point of contact for IT support needs at our LTC Hyderabad office, while also providing assistance to colleagues working remotely. You will work closely with UK-based teams to ensure that workplace technology issues are resolved efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to our colleagues.</div><div>
What You&rsquo;ll Be Involved In</div><ul><li>
Monitoring the overall health of device platforms and proactively identifying potential issues.</li><li>
Providing timely and expert 2nd‑line end-user support across our Devices Lab (Windows, Mac, and Virtual solutions).</li><li>
Leading problem investigations to drive long-term resolutions.</li><li>
Managing request fulfilment activities.</li><li>
Ensuring adherence to Service Assurance targets (SLAs).</li><li>
Building and maintaining strong relationships with 3rd‑level support teams for platform configuration, service reporting, and observability.</li><li>
Supporting the 1st Line Service Desk through creation and maintenance of quality knowledge articles.</li><li>
Delivering in‑person IT support and guidance to colleagues in the Hyderabad LTC office, in collaboration with UK teams.</li></ul><div>
What You&rsquo;ll Need</div><div>
This role requires working on-site in our Hyderabad office five days a week, with shift coverage between 08:00 and 20:00 IST.</div><div>
Essential Experience &amp; Skills</div><ul><li>
5 to 7 years of professional experience in a 2nd‑line, client-facing IT Support Engineer role.</li><li>
Eligibility for Grade D level.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured approach.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks within deadlines.</li><li>
Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when needed.</li><li>
Capability to respond to a wide range of IT issues across multiple communication channels (in-person, phone, email, etc.).</li><li>
