Job Title: Home Montessori Tutor (Pakistan & Foreign Duty)

The role involves working in a home environment locally and traveling in UAE during business trips to ensure consistent, high-quality education. Job Description: We are looking for a nurturing and professional Home Montessori Tutor to join our family, both locally and internationally, to provide one-on-one educational support for child. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Montessori method and a commitment to fostering a positive, engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for the educational development of our child, following the Montessori principles, during both home-based and foreign assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Montessori-based tutoring and lessons tailored to the child’s needs and interests.
• Design and implement lesson plans that promote learning in key areas such as language, mathematics, practical life skills, and cultural studies.
• Support the child’s emotional, social, and cognitive development in a nurturing, respectful manner.
• Foster an environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and problem-solving.
• Prepare educational activities that align with Montessori principles, including hands-on materials and creative play.
• Travel with the family during business trips, providing tutoring support while adapting to new environments.
• Ensure that the child’s learning routine remains consistent while traveling internationally.
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss progress, challenges, and milestones.

Requirements:

• Certified Montessori Teacher or equivalent qualification (required).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Montessori setting or as a home tutor.
• Strong knowledge of the Montessori philosophy and teaching methods.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience working with children, specifically in a one-on-one or home environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally during business trips.
• Ability to adapt to different cultural environments and working conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive rapport with both parents and children.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to inspire and motivate children.
• Valid passport and travel documentation.

Note:

• This position requires 3 month duty at Pakistan and after 3 month, candidate is required to travel to UAE along with the family for staying in the UAE for 3 month to ensure interrupted study of kids throughout the year. During stay in UAE accommodation, food, medical and transport facility will be provided by the employer.
