This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation</li><li>Mix and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with professionalism and flair</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bar areas in compliance with food safety standards</li><li>Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes or drink recipes based on current trends and guest preferences</li><li>Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to streamline service</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing excellent food service experience</li><li>Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to promote safety and hygiene</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or bartending within a restaurant or hospitality setting</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques</li><li>Skilled in knife skills, meal preparation, and culinary techniques suitable for fine dining environments</li><li>Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude</li><li>Knowledge of menu planning, catering services, and food industry standards is desirable</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about creating delicious dishes and memorable drinks while providing outstanding service.
