Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals to stakeholders and development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with strategic priorities.
Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and the development team.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features that meet user needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to manage product backlogs and work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.

Collaboration Tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace.
Prototyping and Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, InVision.
Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI.
Documentation Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Notion.
Agile Tools: Scrum boards, Kanban boards, and other sprint planning tools.
