Job Description:
As a Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of interior fit-out projects. From initial planning to final execution, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets. Your duties will include:

• Collaborating with clients, designers, and contractors to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in consultation with stakeholders.
• Procuring materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.
• Leading and supervising project teams to ensure work is completed according to quality standards and specifications.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Conducting regular site inspections and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Communicating project updates and milestones to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
