Location: Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Our BPO is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee website, mobile app, and software development projects. This role requires a deep understanding of PHP, WordPress, React Native, MERN, .NET, and Python, ensuring seamless project execution across diverse technologies. You will be responsible for managing development teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project success from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and technical requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of websites, mobile apps, and software solutions.
• Oversee the development of WordPress websites, including custom theme/plugin development and integrations.
• Lead React Native and MERN stack mobile and web applications, ensuring responsiveness and scalability.
• Coordinate with .NET and Python teams for backend services and software solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by monitoring progress, addressing roadblocks, and implementing agile methodologies.
• Optimize website and application performance for speed, security, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Implement best practices in version control, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PHP, WordPress, React Native, MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), .NET, and Python.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable deployments.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana), and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
