Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop comprehensive training programs for teams, focusing on both skill enhancement and product knowledge. Tailor training modules for different departments and skill levels.

- Team Evaluation and Development: Assess team performance and skill gaps through various evaluation methods. Create personalized development plans to enhance individual and team competencies.

- Organize Marketing Events: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute events that showcase products/services. Train teams to effectively represent the brand during these events.

- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training programs, evaluations, and team progress. Generate reports to track the effectiveness of training initiatives

Requirements:

- Extensive Training Experience: Proven track record as an experienced trainer, preferably in a managerial capacity, with a deep understanding of various training methodologies and techniques.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey training materials and instructions.

- Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.

- Analytical Thinking: Capability to assess training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and adapt strategies based on feedback and data analysis.

- Organizational Skills: Proficient in organizing and managing multiple training programs and events simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Human Resources, Business, etc.).

- We are preferred only female candidates

- Certification in Training and Development or related field is a plus.

- Experience in the industry or domain relevant to the company's operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
