3 Month Internship for BA/B.com Fresh Graduate

Timing: 6pm to 3am

Location: Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in driving growth and sales in a dynamic software marketplace environment. As a an Intern, you will be involved in the business development activity on platforms like Indeed, Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, assisting in client outreach, proposal creation, and market analysis. This will be a paid internship for those who are skilled and those who are not skilled they will be offered unpaid for first 1 or 2 month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities on online marketplaces.
  • Participate in the creation and submission of tailored proposals and bids to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing visibility and sales on bidding platforms.
  • Help maintain and track client communication and follow-ups to close deals successfully.
  • Conduct research to understand client requirements and industry trends to optimize bids.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development to effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects on various marketplace platforms.
  • Support the negotiation process and assist in closing deals.
  • Contribute to the development of market analysis and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Only BA / B.com
  • Strong understanding of business development concepts, including lead generation, sales funnels, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new sales strategies and business development techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams (marketing, sales, development).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Desired Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Prior internship or work experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and project management.
  • Experience with marketplace platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn) and understanding of bidding strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, or digital marketing techniques.
