Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Research Analyst with a proven track record in service-based research. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to turn data into actionable insights. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to research projects that support strategic decision-making across various service industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research focused on service-based industries, including market trends, competitive analysis, and customer behavior
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the target industry to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges
• Gather and analyze data from various primary and secondary sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research objectives with organizational goals
• Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to provide timely insights
• Support business development initiatives by identifying market gaps and evaluating potential partnerships or ventures

Requirements


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a research analyst role, with a strong emphasis on service-based research
• Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
