Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive who can speak Arabic with experience in the automotive service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, and converting potential customers into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote automotive service centre offerings.

Follow up on inquiries, leads, and customer requests received through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Explain service packages, promotions, and benefits to customers, ensuring a high conversion rate.

Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the operations team for smooth service execution.

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions to encourage bookings.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Provide excellent after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in an automotive service centre.

Strong communication and persuasive skills.

Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their automotive service needs.

Experience in handling CRM systems and maintaining customer records.

Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.

Fluent in English and Arabic .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
