Job Description

We are looking for a relationship manager with experience in a developer or agency working with developers.

A Relationship Manager (RM) is a professional who manages and nurtures relationships with clients, customers, or business partners. They are often employed in various industries like banking, finance, and corporate sectors. Their primary goal is to build long-lasting relationships, ensuring clients’ needs are met, addressing concerns, and delivering services or products that add value to the client’s business or personal goals.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Building: The RM is responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.

Client Retention: By providing excellent service, the RM aims to keep clients satisfied, fostering loyalty and ensuring long-term retention.

Sales and Business Development: In many cases, RMs are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling or upselling products and services to existing clients.

Problem Solving and Support: RMs often serve as the first point of contact for clients' issues, resolving problems or escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Management or similar field.

Previous Experience in Real Estate or Related Fields.

Skills: Communication, negotiation, relationship building, sales, customer service, project management, financial acumen, real estate market knowledge.

Technical Skills: Real estate software, Microsoft Office, CRM software.
