Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Vape Direct Faisalabad, you will be the face of our outlet providing exceptional customer service, educating clients about our products, and ensuring a smooth, professional sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Educate customers about vaping products, devices, and e-liquids based on their preferences and needs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the outlet.
• Maintain an organized and presentable store appearance.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are up to date.
• Process sales using the POS system and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and a welcoming environment.

Job Specifications:

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (vape industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about vaping and willing to learn about products in depth.
• Basic computer literacy (for using POS systems and maintaining records).
