Job Description
Proto IT Consultants is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored for different platforms.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent posts.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry updates to stay ahead of the curve.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.
- Run paid social media campaigns, optimize ad spend, and analyze performance metrics.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to refine strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote events, product launches, and company updates.
- Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices to enhance engagement and reach.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram promotions.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and creativity skills.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B and IT industry social media marketing.
- Knowledge of email marketing and influencer marketing strategies.
