Job Description
- Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating employee information in the HRIS system
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records
- Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
