Position OverviewThe Logistics Head will oversee the entire fleet and vehicle management function, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant operations. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization of all transport and logistics activities including vehicle procurement, maintenance, deployment, tracking, and utilization. The position requires a leader capable of managing teams, developing policies, and implementing systems that ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations while maintaining safety, service quality, and cost control.Responsibilities1. Fleet Management<ul><li>Oversee the company&rsquo;s entire fleet (cars, vans, motorbikes, etc.) and ensure optimal utilization and allocation across projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Plan, monitor, and control vehicle scheduling, dispatching, and routing to achieve operational efficiency.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage vehicle registration, insurance, licensing, and periodic renewals.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with local transport regulations and company policies.</li></ul>2. Maintenance &amp; Operations<ul><li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and downtime.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with workshops and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and inspections.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate vehicle service history and cost tracking.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all vehicles are equipped, safe, and meet operational standards.</li></ul>3. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Prepare and manage the logistics and fleet operations budget.</li></ul><ul><li>Control fuel expenses, repair costs, and overall vehicle operational costs.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor KPIs such as cost per km, vehicle uptime, utilization rate, and fuel efficiency.</li></ul>4. Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead and manage a team of fleet supervisors, mechanics, drivers, and coordinators.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for staff.</li></ul><ul><li>Promote a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to operational protocols.</li></ul>5. Vendor &amp; Contract Management<ul><li>Source and manage relationships with suppliers, leasing companies, and service providers.</li></ul><ul><li>Negotiate contracts for vehicle purchase, leasing, insurance, and maintenance services.</li></ul><ul><li>Evaluate vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.</li></ul>6. Data, Systems &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Implement fleet management systems (GPS tracking, telematics, fuel monitoring, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and analyze data to support decision-making and performance improvement.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, utilization, and operational issues for management review.</li></ul>7. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure all fleet activities comply with legal, environmental, and company safety standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee vehicle inspections, driver compliance, and accident management procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain records for audits and regulatory purposes.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of experience in logistics and fleet management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of Local transport operations &amp; law, vehicle maintenance, and route optimization.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in managing large fleets and outsourced vendors.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with logistics management software, GPS tracking tools, and MS Office Suite.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of local transport laws and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Logistics Head

HR HEAD Key Responsibilities: o Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.o Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.o Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management of large volumes of blue-collar staff (delivery personnel, drivers, warehouse staff, etc.).o Ensure timely and efficient staffing across operational hubs and delivery centers.o Build and maintain a positive work culture and employee engagement programs tailored to blue-collar staff.o Manage grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in compliance with labor laws.o Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements related to labor and employment.o Identify training needs and develop programs focused on skill development, safety, and compliance.o Manage payroll inputs, attendance, shift planning, and other operational HR functions.o Implement and improve HR systems, policies, and processes for scalable operations.Requirements:<ul><li>Experience:</li></ul>o 7&ndash;8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or delivery-focused industries.o Proven experience in managing a large blue-collar workforce across multiple locations.<ul><li>Education:</li></ul>o Bachelor's/Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.<ul><li>Skills &amp; Competencies:</li></ul>o Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.o Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.o Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and workforce management systems is a plus.Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.</li><li>Support onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring proper documentation.</li><li>Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.</li></ul>2.
