Operations Executive

Operations Executive to manage daily delivery operations, coordinate with riders and supervisors, and ensure smooth and timely deliveries for clients.

Monitor daily delivery operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with riders, drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors.

Track order status and ensure on-time deliveries.

Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions.

Prepare daily operational reports and update records.

Coordinate with clients regarding delivery updates and issues.

Manage rider attendance, deployment, and scheduling.

Follow up on pending deliveries, COD, and return orders.

Ensure company SOPs and safety guidelines are followed.

Support hiring and onboarding of riders when required.

Maintain proper communication with warehouse, stores, and operations teams.

Monitor rider performance and productivity.

Escalate critical operational issues to management.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or operations.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and team management skills.

Experience in delivery or logistics companies.

Knowledge of rider allocation and route planning.

Ability to manage operational KPIs and deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
