This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Visa Operations Executive, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The responsibilities include managing the end-to-end visa application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, updated, and submitted on time, and maintaining compliance with international visa regulations. The role also involves assisting clients with their visa inquiries, providing comprehensive customer support, collaborating with internal teams, and constantly monitoring updates related to international visa policies.

• Strong analytical skills to review and verify visa documentation and maintain compliance with policies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Finance-related knowledge to manage payments, visa fees, and financial documentation with attention to accuracy.
• Proficient customer service and sales skills to provide a smooth client experience and promote related offerings.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and effectively manage time and priorities.
• Familiarity with regional and international visa policies and regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using office software tools such as MS Office and relevant visa application platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
