About the job

Based at the Emirates palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the People & Culture Department, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team and its functions and other assigned areas when necessary. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Employment requests are acknowledged within 48 hours.
  • Every applicant receives a personalized response to their application.
  • Applicant correspondence is handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Screening in careers website / CVs shared are followed up with the hiring manager of the department.
  • Every applicant receives a final response as part of the talent acquisition process.
  • All vacancies are advertised in the career websites.
  • The hotel page of the career’s website is up-to-date and well maintained.
  • All new joiners are personally welcomed, and necessary paperwork completed in an organized and efficient manner.
  • New joiner starting dates are communicated and coordinated with the respective HODs and the Learning & Development department.
  • Every new joiner has a complete colleague’s file.
  • All declined / regret applications are filed.
  • Colleagues are welcomed to the People & Culture office in a warm and friendly manner.

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, we expect from you:

  • Previous experience in the same role in luxury property and resort experience is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in technical or Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Experience in and knowledge of the recruitment process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of People & Culture resources and tools.
